Enquiries and bookings
The form prepares a WhatsApp message with apartment, dates and guest numbers. These fields are processed in your browser and are not stored in a website database. Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared message to that service; the host receives your enquiry when you send it. The host also receives profile and contact details available on WhatsApp and anything you voluntarily share. Do not send identity documents or sensitive data through this form. An enquiry is not a booking: availability, price and confirmation are agreed directly.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is used to respond, provide quotes and manage stays: pre-contractual steps and contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For confirmed bookings, data needed for tax, administrative and public security duties is processed to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)); relevant information is provided when collected. Technical browsing data, such as IP address, requests and browser information, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure for delivery and security, based on the legitimate interest in securely operating the website (Article 6(1)(f)). There is no profiling, automated decision-making or newsletter.
Providing data and retention
Providing enquiry data is optional, but necessary information is required to answer or manage your stay. Enquiries are retained as needed to respond and conduct any negotiations. Confirmed-stay data is retained to perform the contract and for applicable statutory periods; data needed for disputes may be retained until resolution and expiry of relevant legal claim periods. Infrastructure providers determine retention of technical data under their policies.
External services and recipients
The website uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland/Meta and Google Maps by Google. Providers process data under their respective roles and privacy notices. Maps do not load until you press the dedicated button; external links open at your initiative. Loading or opening these services may disclose IP address, device information and enquiry content. Transfers outside the EEA use safeguards described by the providers, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable. Data may be shared with people assisting with your stay, professional advisers and authorities when necessary and lawful. It is not sold.
Cookies and maps
Website code does not add advertising cookies or analytics tools and does not save form data in cookies or local storage. Infrastructure may use technical tools needed for operation and security. Google Maps is optional external content, loaded only on request for the current page; it may use cookies or other technologies depending on your browser and Google account settings. You can use the directions link without loading the embedded map. The website does not store map choices.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability and objection by emailing residencecornicello@gmail.com. You may withdraw any consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

After agreeing availability, the amount and terms with Simone, you can pay a deposit or balance on the external page bunq.me/Affittituristici. This website does not collect card details or automatically receive payment confirmation. bunq processes payment data under its own privacy notice; the host sees transaction details and the payment description needed to manage your stay. Payment does not automatically reserve dates.
